Violation Report Form
Use this form to report incidents of harassment or disturbance of marine animals.
Community cooperation is greatly appreciated to help protect our living marine resources. When filling out the form, please be sure to fill out all fields (including reporting source contact information) as this will provide necessary information for law enforcement to conduct follow up investigations.
Photos and videos of any incident are strongly encouraged, especially those which document both the violating party and the animals involved. If you have any issues submitting a form or attaching photos and/or videos, you can also submit via email to report@bewhalewise.org.

NEVER approach an animal in distress. Contact your local marine mammal response network if you are concerned about a potentially sick, stranded, or entangled animal. If you’re reporting a marine mammal sighting and not a violation, please use our Marine Mammal Sightings form.
